First time here. The food was excellent! We ordered biscuits and gravy, sausage pancake wrap (don't know the exact name) and a gyro. All three of us were happy with our food. The place was more updated inside than I expected and very clean. The customer service was FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend this "hidden" gem! I will be back.

First time coming here and they were packed for breakfast! We got our drinks, and food out within 10 minutes and all the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious and filling and only cost $25 for me and my husband! We got a half order of B&G, a bowl of soup, dad's special (2 pancakes, two eggs, and 2 pieces of bacon), soda and coffee. Very good price, food, and all around hood customer service i highly recommend!

This place is a tasty breakfast gem tucked away in Creve Coeur. Food was excellent, fast, and at a great price. On the cold days I went, they kept the entire place warm and toasty. The servers are very welcoming and kind. The interior is clean, modern, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. Plus, they have their own house hot sauce which was tasty. Great, affordable breakfast specials. My guest got the breakfast sandwich which he thought was tasty but small. They cooked the eggs, raisin toast, bacon, sausage links, and patties very well. Delicious omelette. Good cake and pie too. Highly recommend this location and I plan to return often.

I absolutely love this place! Senior walleye every day. The pieces are huge and cooked to perfection. I wish they had fried chips but they don't so I get crunchy fries. They have baked, mashed and so much more..And they don't have slaw which would be great, so I get salad or cottage cheese but they have many, many choices. You won't be disappointed. This is the best fish in the area.

The Rendezvous Place facility (now known as the Main Street Family Restaurant) was extensively remodeled inside and out. I'll be generous and say it was past it's prime (way past). It was a project in-work for several months and now it's thoroughly modern, well lit and hugely attractive and inviting. Speaking of inviting all the staff seem to be cheerful and friendly. It's unusual to walk into a place and instantly feel at ease. Maybe it's the "hello" you get when you cross the threshold, maybe it's the warm smile and friendly conversation that everyone seemed to get. I don't know, but I like it. The restaurant has an extensive menu and the prices look like they are competitive. In addition, there is a chalk board with the day's specials. Breakfast is served all day. "Da' Boss" and I opted for the homemade tenderloin special ($8.99). It comes with fries (a huge pile) and soup or salad. I chose a cup of chilli (crackers, onion and shredded cheeseon the side). She had the lettuce salad crackers, shredded cheese and salad dressing on the side. We both had soft drinks ($2.29 with free refills). The soup / salad promptly arrived. The chilli was thick and hearty. It was nicely seasoned with just he right level of heat. The salad was crisp with onion, tomato, and green peppers. She was very pleased. The tenderloin sandwiches arrived quickly and were obviously hand made. These weren't the huge paper thin ones that some people prefer, these had been pounded so that the meat was somewhat thicker and moist. The meat was coated in sort of a tempura flour mixture. Very tasty. The fries were just out of the cooker hot and, like the sandwiches, were plentiful and tasty. The total bill with tax was $24.31. As an aside, a gent came in while we were eating and when his sandwich was delivered my eyes must have bugged out it was HUGE! He saw me staring and laughed. I asked what it was and he said it was a double bacon cheeseburger I swear it was so tall it looked like a Dagwood cartoon sandwich......Guess what I'm going to order the next time I go there. OH YEAH BABY!
